Entry update 11/02/15

We believe that almost all issues from lasts Tuesday’s entry process are now resolved and we thank Results Base for their hard work pushing the bank at fault to release the pending payments. We thank everyone concerned for their patience. Please see our previous posts for more details.

The remaining entries for the 2015 race will go live on Saturday 14th Feb at 9AM via the link available on the entry/ home pages.

A small number of people who were registering as entries were suspended last week are still to pay for their places. Please check your emails (and spam) if you think you might be in this position before attempting to enter again.

Results Base have extensively tested the payment gateway and it is working as it should. In the event that any unforeseen issues occur please do not attempt to refresh the screen or enter card details more than once. This does not mean you will lose your place. As with last week, Results Base will be monitoring the entry process and can see the attempt to register, they will contact you accordingly.

If you have any general race enquiries please use the contact form to get in touch. If you have any issues registering on Saturday please email online@resultsbase.net

Oh well, for us parkrunners this is bad timing. Maybe next year then….

Hello I just wanted to ask about the situation from last week. I had cancelled one of my duplicate entries and still waiting for a refund. And does my other entry still Stands as I am in the Blaydon races 2015. Could you let me know ASAP please many thanks

Why 9am on a Saturday? Surely an 8am kick off would be better so as not to clash with the weekly parkruns……

We have our reasons for going online then. We can’t accommodate everybody. One person can always enter multiple runners if infividuals aren’t available then.
