I haven’t received my number:

If you haven’t received your number by 6th May please get in touch with us via the email contact form and provide as much info as possible e.g. full name, address and telephone number. If you have moved house, not informed us and do not have a postal redirection in place please attempt to retrieve it from the old address where possible. If you still can’t locate your number please get in touch with us via the email contact form, please note if the address given was not correct there will be a £5 admin charge for a new race pack, as we have to cover the cost of the number and chip. The new number will unfortunately not display your name. If you have requested a new race pack and then locate the initial one please discard the original as the chip will have been cancelled and will not register a time. Please note if you don’t inform us that you haven’t received your number until after 26th May 2017 you will have to visit the enquiry vehicle located near the start of the race (top of the Bigg Market, open from 5PM) to obtain a new one. No new race packs can be posted out after this date. The above £5 charge will apply if details were incorrect at the point of entry to cover the cost of the new chip and number. Only cash will be accepted at the enquiry desk. Please bring the correct amount (no change given).

 

I have lost my number:

Please note if you have lost your number after 26th May 2016 you will have to visit the enquiry vehicle located near the start of the race to obtain a new one. No new race packs can be posted out after this date. The above £5 charge will apply to cover the cost of the new chip and number. Only cash will be accepted at the enquiry desk. Please bring the correct amount (no change given). Please email us via the contact page if you lose the pack before 26th May.

 

I have moved house where is my race pack:

Your race pack will only be sent to the address we have for you! My details are incorrect:

If you were entered online details are copied exactly from the data provided. It may be that he information supplied at the point of entry was incorrect. Please inform us early if changes are required and we will endeavour to amend these when necessary.

 

Where is my bus ticket?

Your bus ticket option is displayed on the front of your number the red ‘A’ means a bus ticket has been purchased for after the race and a red ‘B’ is for a ticket before the event. No separate ticket is required for 2017! If you did not purchase a bus ticket at the point of entry or would like an additional ticket there will be a team of officials at each bus departure point on the night to buy a ticket from. Please note the cost is £1.30 each way and correct change only is accepted.

Who is the bus for?

We supplement the cost the buses and therefore the bus can be used by runners only (not spectators).

 

I can’t run the race can I defer or transfer my number?

We regret that all entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred towards a future event or transferred to another individual.

 

I have changed club:

In order for the club change to be official by the time of the event, you must have resigned from your old club and transferred to the new club by 9th May. Please inform us of these changes before 20th May. If we are informed after this date you may not count for team prizes for your new club.

 

I have changed my name:

Please inform us of any name changes by 12th May unfortunately if we are informed after this date we will be unable to update our records your name also appear incorrectly in the race programme.

 

What size t-shirt will I get?

The t-shirt size you choose during the entry process will be printed on your bib. You will be given this corresponding size after the race. There will be no option to change at any stage.
